Midwest City Residents Directory is a privately operated reference service. It describes and links to public rolls, record indexes, and historical collections relevant to Midwest City, Oklahoma. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with an office, court, library, or records custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use this service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service or material reached through it to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Seek a person protected by a restraining or protective order

11. Oklahoma Law
Oklahoma law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Public-record access questions are separately governed by the Oklahoma Open Records Act, including 51 O.S. §24A.5 and related provisions, and the records custodian’s applicable exemptions.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
