Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the independent provider that supplies the result flow. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. When you contact us, we receive the contents of your message and use them to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Hosting systems record standard log data, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We use aggregated information to maintain the service and understand which pages are used. Cookies or related tools can support basic analytics and, where relevant, advertising measurement.
How Information Is Used
We use technical and contact information to operate the service, fix problems, measure traffic, and improve reference pages. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
External Websites
Links may lead to county and state portals, library collections, archives, or independent search tools. Each outside service controls the information submitted to it under its own policy. The same applies to sponsored results provided by a third party.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Hosting and support providers process logs for the service. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose information only when valid legal process requires disclosure or as otherwise required by law.
Safeguards
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the operational needs described here. There are no user accounts, passwords, or visitor profiles maintained by this site.
Visitors Under 18
This reference is intended for adults and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor has sent information, and we will remove it.
Your Privacy Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data that a service keeps. Oklahoma SB 546 was signed March 20, 2026 and is reported to take effect January 1, 2027 for qualifying businesses; it is future-effective as of this research date. Because we keep very little, a request normally involves checking the contact mailbox and applicable server logs. Use the Contact page. Public records held by Oklahoma state, county, or city custodians remain outside our control and must be addressed to that custodian.
Policy Changes
Material updates will appear on this page. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
